We cater for the needs of runners of all abilities, and are on hand to offer advice on all aspects of running. We also offer a free video gait analysis service using our in-store treadmill to assess your requirements and help you to make the best decision in purchasing your running shoes.

Well done to all those who took part in the Croydon 10K on Sunday 21st October. On a splendid autumn morning, over 450 runners lined up. The race was a great success, and feedback from runners who took part has been great. We look forward to participating at the next Croydon 10K.

Triathlon gear available at Runathon

We at Runathon might think we know everything there is to know about running, but we don't! that's why we'd like to hear from you. Feedback from our customers on the importance of nutrition has resulted in us extending our range of nutrition products. We now stock Nuun electrolyte replacement tablets, and a range of Maximuscle products, to ensure maximum recovery and uptake of carbohydrates and protein before, during and after exercise.
